I have a secret “Chippy Love” !

I do have a secret “Chippy Love” –

010

013

018

I love this piece – chips and all…I bought it last summer and thought it would be a great spring/summer decorating item. I left the price tags on them for you to see – FIVE BUCKS – I thought that was a great deal. Now, I just have to figure out what to put inside….a plant or some flowers…What would you do with it ?

The weather is overcast and I have a boat load of projects to finish and or begin…If only I didn’t have to work fulltime and could play all the time…..I need to win the Lotto !

It's beautiful. Chips and all, it gives it more character to my eyes. I can see it with fresh flowers or even a plant in it. Would look lovely on a table or even in the bathroom.

Just gorgeous. I love it. I can not only see it with a plant or flowers, but take the bowl and fill with Easter Eggs and then flowers in the pitcher, or how about fruit in the bowl for the kitchen with flowers in the pitcher. I think it is wonderful. Hugs, Marty

Nice set. Sun finally came out, but windy. I'm sure there will be lots more of that this month. I'm with you on the Lotto--guess I should buy a ticket, if I'm going to win, though! Spring break is coming, so I may blow over your way. Please leave some goodies for me at the shops! ♥♪

Hi Kammy...

Oooh...I have "chippy love" too! Hehe! I just adore your pretty pitcher and bowl...what a great deal you got on it, my friend! Ohhh yes...this pretty pitcher is just perfect for a little Spring time decor! I think a really big floral bouquet of spring flowers would be gorgeous!!! That...all in itself...would just be the prettiest table centerpiece!!! Girlfriend, I know that whatever you do...it'll be fabulous! Come back when you finish it and show us what you've decided...okay? Thank you for sharing your fabulous treasure find with us!!!

Warmest wishes,

Your pitcher and basin is chippy-licious! So many different ways to use it. Flowers in the pitcher, definitely! Some pretties in the bowl around the pitcher to compliment the flowers, perfection!

Have a lovely Sunday!

Cheers!

It is so pretty and I think a beautiful flower arrangement would look great!

Wouldn't it be so much fun to have all that LOTTO money?!?!

How big is it?
I think i'td put flowers in it... something wild, like purple coneflowers or black-eyed-susans.

Kammy, This bowl and pitcher is a wonderful find! Empty or filled it would be a beautiful addition to any flat surface! I would keep my options open. I could see a big bunch of forced forsythia in it for March. And a branchy tree limb with tied Easter eggs on it for April. How about a bunch of white tulips for May... and so on. I'm so excited about the options that I'll be on the lookout for something like this!
What a great inspiration.

What a great find! I think the presence of chips is the start of a story of where this set has lived and of the people who have owned it.

I would put flowers in it. Then it would be perfect for Spring. Thanks for visiting my blog & leaving me a comment. I too wish I didn't have to work full time. And I need to win the lotto as well. I guess I better start playing.

Those chips are like wrinkles--earned and beautiful in their own way :) I can just see it on a bedside table with fresh daffodils! If you won the lottery, you'd be too busy spending the money to blog :)

Those are beautiful even with the chip. I never pass up something just because it has a chip...It can always be turned or covered with something. Just gives it character.
