I found this small consignment shop today and scored this glass cloche with plate for a mere $2.00 – Yeah Me !

The above silver things I found at Goodwill – for $1 to $3 – the top plate with the ABC’s and 123’s is pewter or something really heavy. I loved the wire basket – it will go in my studio for this and that – I have it decorated a little on the shabby-victorian-country style….The large silver plate – not sure yet – I may turn it into a chalk board- or might keep as is for displays….

I went to the Habitat for Humanity thrift store..never had been before-they had loads of stuff and for cheap – I found all this Ironstone for $1 to $4 – the coffee pot…..isn’t that cool !

Here is my secret for this week….when going to thrift stores, Marshalls, Ross, etc…. go down the aisle once…walk around a bit to look at other stuff and then go back down a second and third time..sometimes there is so much stuff you may not see what you are looking for the first time ! I can’t tell you how many times I have done this and found something amazing !

Happy Shopping !

Wow, what fabulous finds. I love all of them. Such beautiful pieces. I love the silver and the ironstone is gorgeous. Such great prices. I find some neat things at our GW, but have never been to Habitat thrift store. I will have to see if we have one here. Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Marty

What great finds on your shopping trip. The white ironstone is absolutely beautiful. I have to check out our local Goodwill store. I see it's crowded in there all the time but I have yet to take the time to stop. I love your secret shopping secret; great idea. I never go back and recheck I scan with my eyes and move on. I'll have to stop and look better.
Thank you for showing us what was in your bag this week and your great shopping finds.
