Tablescape Thursday – Peony Patch by Paula Deen

When I saw the “Queen of Butter” aka Paula Deen’s Magazine - a couple of months ago, I spotted her dishes called Peony Patch. I tried to google it on line and saw that it was no longer available (why do magazines always do that ?) I was pleased as punch when I went into Tuesday Morning a couple of weeks ago and they had this set of Paula’s dishes marked down from $110.00 to $39.99 ! Of course I bought a set and here it is:

I just love them…I really want some pink placemats but, couldn’t find any. I bought the napkins at the thrift store to give me some pink.

Wow! I can see why you wanted those dishes. They are magnificant. I want them too! Doesn't it make you wonder why they discontinue certain things? How lucky for you to find them. They look great without pink placemats and will look great with them when you find them. - The Tablescaper
