I always get corrected when I say

cheap

I mean cheap or aka thrifty

I thought that I need a better word..

Frugalicious

Is Frugalicious a word ?

Why yes,( even if it currently is being rejected by spellcheck )

I even looked it up on

Urban Dictionary

Frugalicious – to be frugal and fabulous at the same time. Someone who looks for a deal

instead of just spending recklessly. AKA – Kammy at Small Home In The Country.

Blogger having blurry issues on headers…

What has Otis been up to ??

First Otis brought in the New Year… (who made me wear a sissy tiara ??)

During goose season….Otis helps keep Dad warm hunt gooses….

Otis likes to supervise Dad while he is working on cars….

Otis says “Mom, can’t you tell we are a busy ??”

Otis loves to hang out on the kitchen floor

Otis really loves laying in bed and NOT the dog bed, LOL !

Teenagers do not sleep at sleepovers….

First – Add a Happy Birthday

greeting to the chalkboard.

 

Order a cake in Hot Pink.

     

Bring in a cloche, with a

monogrammed glass. 

 

Sing Happy Birthday  !

 

Chill with friends.

Mom makes everyone

pose for pictures.

JUMP for pictures.

Otis is tired from the party.

Teenagers do not sleep

and neither does Mom.

Mom is ready for a

relaxed, upcoming weekend.

This week was busy….Picking tomatoes, catching frogs and Sweet Sixteen..

 

Picked a bunch of different kinds of tomatoes from my garden….

 

Our frog is still hanging out in the backyard…

 

Otis was putting his paw on top of the frog and saying “Hey, stop hopping…so we can play”

(sorry, I couldn’t get a clearer picture….but, you get the idea”

Don’t worry , the frog did not get hurt !

  

Lastly…..Megan turned Sweet Sixteen.

We are hosting a sleep over, this Saturday.

We will have about 10 teenagers…

Pray for me….

I will post about that experience later…..
